"I went into this adventure hoping to lessen my stress, find more happiness and lessen people pleasing tendencies. I am a caregiver to my Mom and my grandkids, and have been finding it hard to find my joy in life. I was feeling overwhelmed and unappreciated and needed help.
Thankfully the Nurse coaching sessions were amazing. Nurse Kat is compassionate, understanding, honest and patient, lol. I needed all that! Her method of guiding me to my own discoveries of myself were extremely helpful. She had great follow up questions to guide me to self reflect and discover tools to help me stand up for myself in a loving and kind way. I tend to make myself a buffer between my family members, always trying to smooth everyone else's feeling while ignoring my own.  I discovered "I don't want to b!tch someone else's b!tch".  Meaning I don't need to give myself extra stress or ignore my own happiness trying to protect everyone's feelings.
I did learn other coping methods and strategies to help with other problems too. It was an amazing experience!
