Walk serenely on the beach, watching the sun set over the ocean, with gentle waves lapping at her feet. This tranquil scene encapsulates the essence of grounding and the joy that movement can bring to our lives.
♥ Step 1 ♥
Love yourself. Remind yourself daily, "I am enough." Write it where you'll see it daily as a reminder.

Practice 2-second "box" breathing: Inhale, hold, exhale, hold for 2 seconds each. Set a daily alarm labeled "I am enough, remember to breathe."

Notice small joys. Write down one thing you're grateful for each day for a week.
